Ecco una ricetta semplice, gustosa e leggera che saprà darvi il giusto stimolo per iniziare la giornata, senza appesantirvi, grazie all’assenza di burro e uova.

La torta al limone senza lattosio è, infatti, il dolce perfetto per le vostre colazioni.

Questo dolce è particolarmente adatto alla stagione calda grazie al suo avvolgente e rinfrescante aroma di limone.

Finita la cottura e fatto raffreddare il dolce potete decidere se cospargerlo o meno di zucchero a velo; in entrambi caso il gusto è squisito.

Per preparare la vostra torta al limone senza lattosio prendete una ciotola capiente e setacciatevi farina e lievito; aggiungete anche lo zucchero e mescolate il tutto.

A questo punto versate il Latte Zymil e l’olio, continuando a mescolare.

Per ultima cosa aggiungete il succo del limone, che avrete già spremuto e la buccia del limone stesso, che avrete grattugiato, una volta lavato il limone.

Amalgamate fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Versate il tutto in uno stampo per dolci, già ricoperto con un foglio di carta da forno, e ponetelo in forno già caldo per circa 30 minuti a 180°.

Trascorso il tempo di cottura, estraete dal forno la vostra torta al limone senza lattosio e lasciate che si raffreddi.

La torta al limone è una preparazione dolce dalle chiare origini mediterranee. Profumata, fresca e leggera, è perfetta per la colazione e la merenda.
