Lavate le zucchine con acqua corrente, asciugatele e dopo aver eliminato le due estremità, tagliatele nel senso della lunghezza a fette sottili con l'aiuto di una mandolina. Con un pennello, ungete le fette di zucchine con un po' d'olio, salatele leggermente e fatele cuocere in una padella antiaderente ben calda. Grigliatele circa 5 minuti per lato e mettetele da parte lasciando che si raffreddino.

In una padella antiaderente, fate rosolare per qualche minuto il tonno al naturale con 2 cucchiai d'olio EVO e 1 spicchio d'aglio; aggiustate di sale e pepe ed una volta pronto lasciate che si raffreddi.

In una terrina unite parte della Besciamella Senza Lattosio Integrale Chef e il tonno, aggiungete un pizzico di pepe e amalgamate creando un ripieno omogeneo per le vostre zucchine. La restante parte della Besciamella Chef la utilizzerete per guarnire la superficie degli involtini.

Preriscaldate il forno a 180° e rivestite una teglia con un foglio di carta forno. Prelevate il ripieno di besciamella e tonno con un cucchiaio e distribuitelo su ognuna delle fette di zucchine; quindi arrotolatele su se stesse creando un involtino e disponetele sulla teglia.

Distribuite la restante parte della Besciamella Chef che avevate tenuto da parte sulla superficie delle zucchine e cuocete in forno statico per circa 10 minuti. Una volta pronti, lasciate intiepidire e servite.
