Le tartine natalizie sono un ottimo antipasto da preparare durante le feste di Natale e uno stuzzichino perfetto da gustare insieme a un buon bicchiere di prosecco.

Per prepararle servono pochissimi ingredienti: la Panna Chef al Salmone esalterà il gusto della crema con cui decorerete le tartine, mentre un tocco di erba cipollina darà la nota fresca a questo antipasto sfizioso.

Preparate le tartine tagliando le fette di pancarrè secondo la forma che preferite: potete utilizzare dei coppapasta o semplicemente eliminare i bordi scuri e dividere la fetta di pancarrè a quadrati o a triangoli secondo le dimensioni che volete ottenere.

Preparate la crema di salmone, versando il mascarpone, il salmone, la Panna Chef al Salmone, il sale e il pepe in un boccale dai bordi alti.

Frullate tutto con un mixer a immersione per pochi minuti e mettete la crema in un sac-à-poche.

Disponete le tartine di pancarré su un piatto da portata e decoratele una dopo l'altra con la crema di salmone e qualche ciuffetto di erba cipollina.

 

CURIOSITÀ

Secondo alcuni, le tartine devono la loro origine all'antica usanza in voga nel Medioevo di consumare le pietanze utilizzando una fetta di pane al posto del piatto. Questa usanza ovviamente era praticata soltanto dai nobili, che potevano permettersi di utilizzare il pane in tal maniera.

In tempi più recenti, il pane imburrato e guarnito con vari ingredienti è diventato una delle pietanze immancabili nelle tipiche colazioni salate del Nord Europa, dove il condimento è spesso a base di pesce affumicato.

In Inghilterra invece le tartine di dimensioni molto ridotte erano l'accompagnamento ideale da servire durante il tè delle cinque. Oggi in Italia e in tutto il mondo le tartine sono diventate l'antipasto per eccellenza, da realizzare con tanti ingredienti diversi e un pizzico di fantasia.

Un'idea in più: se realizzate questa sfiziosa ricetta nel periodo di Natale, sfruttate il pancarré per realizzare delle forme a tema, aiutandovi con degli stampini. Stelle, abeti, palline renderanno le vostre tartine uno spettacolo per gli occhi oltre che per il palato.
